Return Period: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a non-technical reason.
Eligibility Conditions: > * Returns are only accepted for batteries that are in original, unused, and brand-new condition.
Technical Restriction: Once a dry battery has been filled with acid or charged, it is considered a “Used” item and cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and resale regulations.
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice.
Non-Refundable Costs: Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the item to ensure it hasn’t been used/filled, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer within 3-5 business days.
Warranty: If the battery has a technical fault after use, it will be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty (AGS, Osaka, etc.) as per their specific terms.
